About the Author: Llewellyn Jones is an acclaimed playwright who recently retired from a thirty-two-year career in teaching and school administration. He holds degrees in dramatic arts and education from McMaster University and Queen's University, respectively, and holds high honors for his stage play Tenting, which won the Alberta Culture's One Act Comedy playwriting competition in 1988. His other plays are Diamond Vision and Storyteller, both staged by the Durham Shoestring Performers of Oshawa, Ontario.
Jones currently resides in Port Perry, Ontario, Canada, with his wife, Susan, and is proud patriarch to three children and three grandchildren. In retirement, he focuses his time, efforts, and attention on writing and, when he isn't putting pen to paper, enjoys traveling. Heir of Promise is his first novel.
