I started putting on weight from around the age of five and by the time I was 33, I was at my heaviest at over 180kg. Long story short (you can read my first book for the long story), I lost 100kg by changing my lifestyle, starting with my nutrition.
I learned so much over my 100kg weight release journey but the learning didn't stop there. I have learned so much MORE since. The biggest thing I've learned is that I knew absolutely nothing about nutrition and so many other things that have a massive impact on our HEALTH. Yes, I lost 100kg, but I did it in a way that I wouldn't recommend to anyone and in a way that was definitely not sustainable. There are much healthier ways to release weight than the vehicle I used, which was sticking to 1200 calories per day.
Back then, I simply didn't know any better and I know that you, just like me, don't know what you don't know. Which is why I decided to write this book. I want to help you to understand what is important and why. I want to clear up some things that might be confusing you and making you wonder which is the best option for you.
There are so many weight loss gurus and programs on the market and many of them tell you conflicting information. Who is telling the truth? Who should you listen to? How do you know what will work for you?
