He is the author of Superbodies: Peak Performance Secrets from the World's Best Athletes and Dream Setting.
Wells suffered a tragic accident that left him with a severe neck injury. Through hard work and perseverance, he recovered and went on to become an internationally recognized swimmer. He has also coached athletes who have gone on to compete in the Olympics, world championships, and the Commonwealth Games.
Dr. Wells is an assistant professor of kinesiology at the University of Toronto and an associate scientist at the Hospital for Sick Children.
