Even in minimal doses, cyanide can lead to several conditions. The author addresses these and offers his medically tested solutions. The conditions related to cyanide poisoning include fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, autism, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases. The book covers case studies of people that suffered from some of these conditions and have experienced better health by using the prescribed medication. Cyanide in our air comes from many sources. The author lists these sources and how cyanide can be in our homes without our knowledge.

Timothy Swiss is a well-researched author. The information he gave was detailed and to the point. For Health has a logical structure, and the writing is consistent from start to finish. If you ever discover that you are feeling the effects of cyanide poisoning, this is the book for you. It will give you proper guidelines on what to do and the right medication you may need to counter the poison. The author explained clearly how to take the recommended medicines, and the doses required. Swiss shows his professionalism by advising anyone who attempts to use these remedies to first seek guidance from a medical practitioner. This is vital because incorrect self-diagnosis can have dire consequences. When you begin your journey to healthier living, remember to keep tabs on symptoms related to cyanide poisoning and seek immediate attention to avoid further damage to your body.

I struggled with fatigue for years, since the mid-1990s. Back then, there wasn't a name for what is now known as chronic fatigue syndrome. Even though I was only in my mid-thirties, I attributed the fatigue to "getting older."
Then I was diagnosed as likely having cyanide sensitivity syndrome. I was told that if I had it, the recommended treatment would make me feel better and that if I didn't have it, the treatment would do no harm. I'd been tired all the time for so long that I would try anything, no matter how unusual it sounded. So, I tried it, and this treatment actually helped. It didn't completely fix the problem, but it helped in a way that nothing else had. I felt better-less tired, less mentally "fuzzy."
I was given a prescription for compounded B12 shots, with the recommendation that I take sodium thiosulfate in water every two hours, and I was provided with a short list of over-the-counter supplements to be taken daily. Based on the results, there's no question that I have cyanide sensitivity syndrome. For example, I take sodium thiosulfate in water every two hours, as recommended, and I can tell when the two hours are almost up because I can feel it wearing off and the fatigue starting to come back.
After three years, I returned to the doctor who diagnosed me. The doctor recommended adding Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid three times a day, taken in the powder form in water (rather than in capsules). I tried it, and the results were startling. I felt normal for the first time in years. I felt alert and like I had a normal energy level. I added Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid powder to my daily routine, and I've been taking it ever since.
