This book was first published before the authors, Dr. Jianing Wu and Dr. Ping Zha, proved the deep flaws in the foundation of medicine and discovered the critical roles of immune functional capacity fluctuations.

In this book, the authors (1) disclose a systematic methodology for curing chronic diseases; (2) teach health optimization methodology for enabling people to achieve the maximum lifespans; (3) refute the two-century old INCURABLE notion and attribute the inability to find cures for chronic diseases to the flaws in medicine; and (4) advocate for worldwide medical reform necessary to stop population health deterioration and extend human survival on the planet. The authors have proved their methodology by many pioneering researches. First, the authors have proved by irrefutable evidence that the population-based medical research and treatment models are clearly incorrect as far as they concern chronic diseases. They found that all key presumptions do not held. Most medical researches uses an impermissible step of summing and averaging intensive properties which may not be added up.
