The story of this book 'What have I done' is not a fiction. It is not also a tale of people's imagination of mind creation. Rather, it's a story of what happened in the dream-world. It's also about what is going to happen in the Hereafter as it is happening in the physical world today. Though, some of the stories of the dream were edited to suit and match the realities of world life. Yet, it never disturbed or negated the primary purpose and meaning of its message which pertained to a man whose name was Ijeuwa, who lived in one community village with his family whom God blessed with nine children.

But he was very poor and had no money to train his children in the school. One day, he called all the children together and asked them to nominate one person in the family that they would jointly labor and train in the school, who would also later train others since there's no money to train all of them in the school at the same time, he said. In their response the children thanked and commended him for his good words and said he has spoken well. When they had gathered together the next day to deliberate and nominate the person, Obialo the second eldest son stood up immediately and declared himself the nominee, without waiting for the collective decision and opinions of others.

This made him to incur the wroth and anger of other members of the family who saw this as an act of self-imposition, but were quickly enough to nip it in the bud. This was how Chime the first born of the family now won it without stress and contest. After few months of Chime's graduation from school he got a visa to travel to Spain. Not too long he travelled he started shipping and sending money to his parents and younger ones at home. But when these goods and money arrives the country, Obialo will sell them and eat the money. This continued until news got into his brother's ears what Obialo was doing. When Chime returned home to probe this allegation, the matter snowballed into a squabble that claimed their mother's life. After the burial and mourning period of their mother was over, Chime built one magnificent house for the family in their compound. Opened trade and business centers for some of his siblings and sponsored others education.

Before his final leave for abroad he built a special house for his father, married a new wife for him and opened a business for the wife and bought them cars. After that, he went to the town and bought a land and built his own house there and married. When he saw he had settled them all, he took his wife and returned again to Spain, but Obialo died by committing suicide.
