About the Book

The detective pulled up side by side a brand new Alfa Romeo in the hospital's staff park yard disregarding the "STAFF ONLY" sign. Immediately he stepped down from the police marked Volvo, three nurses in snow-white overcoats and a male attendant in silver grey overalls trolley-rolled a blood stained corpse from the Surgery arena, an adolescent male dead body covered partly in blood stained white sheets on a sanatorium trolley. A sign of relentless horrific commotion ahead. Stricken by temperate shock, the detective felt for his concealed automatic...

A smartly dressed skinny young female in full army uniform, Colonel Natalie, waved majestically at the detective, inviting him to come closer. She was the first in command of the army squad. She held out her hand to shake the detective's.
"Natalie Hofman is my name, Detective Pius, are you? I'm informed you are in command here, what is the case file?"
"Yes, Detective Inspector Pius, Salt River police, I'm in command of a haunted case."
"Where is the actual location of the devil beast detective, and what the hell is this creature?"
"We shot at the beast, it returned to the ward on the ground floor, ward 12 over there. We have students inside there as well, students from Rosebud high school, so we need to act fast before all are bitten by the damn devil."
"Jesus! And what exactly caused the fire at Rosebud high Detective?"
"A long tête-à-tête, let us discuss that later Colonel, we need to act faster before that devil takes more human blood, it has a lust for human blood."
"A lust for human blood?" the colonel felt a chill attack from head to toes. "Did you say a lust for human blood detective?"
"Yes, it's feeding on human blood, we already have one student bitten in there, and I can't imagine she is still alive."
"What is the setting, should we attack concurrently without pause?"
"No Colonel, as I said, we have students inside there."

In an attempt to apprehend the murderers of his daughter, detective inspector Pius dramatically engages a ghostly creature purporting to be his dead daughter; while the police is yet to uncover a top-secret pub where teenagers are being trafficked into prostitution. There is however an unexplained heavy fire at a school where the detective's deceased daughter was a student and where his living daughter is a student which sends a number of students into admission at Cape hope regional hospital. Now in coma, his only living daughter is among the critically injured students in the school fire and the detective's investigative duties on the cause of the mysterious fire, with mixed feelings of the ghoul's utterances, along with an urgent lust to uncover his daughter's condition at the infirmary drag him into hospital territory. The hospital is well known as the best in brain surgery south of the Atlantic with expertise from a Russian doctor, but a few people know about the powers behind this, the Russian doctor and the hospital director perhaps know; the devil doctor will feed on human blood before engaging a surgery successfully. It's now a delicate mission to get rid of the now beastly turned doctor.
