About the Author: Daniel Santoro graduated with a bachelor's degree in applied management before going on to earning his master's degree in organizational management. After dedicating twenty years to the air force, where he retired as a chief master sergeant, he launched a second career as a logistics engineer.
Now retired, Santoro lives with his wife, Kate, in California. Together, they have two children and five grandchildren.
