Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Kinder und Jugend, Note: 1.3, Universität Kassel, Veranstaltung: Examensarbeit zur Autoritätsforschung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Examensarbeit befasst sich mit Autorität, die Schüler*innen über Lehrer*innen ausüben. Zu oft, wird nur über Lehrer*innen Autorität gesprochen und die Handlungsstrategien der anderen vernachlässigt. Empirisch untersucht wurden diese in Form von Interviews, von welchen sie wieder unterschiedliche Autoritätstypen ableiten. Die Schule als Institution der Gesellschaft ist die Schmiede von sozialer Interaktion, von Hierarchien innerhalb von Institutionen und Ausbildungen sozialer Rollen. Mit sozialen Rollen sind Rollen im goffman'schen Sinne gemeint, welche jedes Individuum spielt, um gemeinsame Wahrheiten aufrecht zu erhalten. Gemeinsame Wahrheiten sind Hierarchien wie zum Beispiel in der Schule, in der die Lehrerin über der Schülerin steht. Im weiteren Sinne ist mit "über Jemandem stehen" gemeint, dass eine Person über eine andere Person Autorität ausüben kann, ohne sich dafür rechtfertigen- oder ihre Rolle verteidigen zu müssen. Diese Autorität wird durch das Amt "Lehrerin" impliziert. Diese Autorität wird zu einem gewissen Teil durch das Amt "Lehrerin" generiert, erfordert in ihrer Wirksamkeit jedoch zusätzlich und zum wesentlichen Teil die Verifikation von Seiten der Schülerinnen. Befinden Schülerinnen etwa eine Lehrerin als nicht autoritär, ist sie es auch nicht. Autorität muss der Lehrerin zugesprochen werden, eine Entscheidung, die lediglich die Schülerinnen treffen. Fällt die Entscheidung einmal, diese Autorität nicht anzuerkennen, ist es nahezu ausgeschlossen, dieses Urteil zu reversieren. Dem Amt der Lehrerin wohnt, wie oben erwähnt, jedoch auch Autorität inne. Diese Amtsautorität müssen Schülerinnen akzeptieren, damit eine gemeinsame Realität von Interaktion - auch Unterricht genannt - möglich ist.
