Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Didaktik für das Fach Deutsch - Literatur, Werke, Note: 2,0, Studienseminar Nordhorn für das Lehramt an Grund-, Haupt- u. Realschulen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Womit und in welcher Art und Weise kann Lesemotivation erhöht und Textverstehen gefördert werden? Zum einen lege ich den Schülern mit ´Löcher´ eine Lektüre vor, die meiner Ansicht nach spannend ist, begeistern kann und wichtige Kriterien eines guten Jugendbuches erfüllt. Zum anderen wähle ich den methodischen Ansatz des handlungs- und produktionsorientieren (Literatur-)Unterrichts (= HPU). Ich möchte prüfen, ob handlungs- und produktionsorientierte Verfahren in Kombination mit dem oben erwähnten Roman in der Lage sind, die Lesemotivation meiner Schüler zu erhöhen und sich als Mittel zur Förderung des Textverstehens grundsätzlich eignen (Fragestellung). Verfahren dieser Art finden in der fachwissenschaftlichen Literatur seit ca. 30 Jahren Erwähnung, deren Einsatz im Deutschunterricht wird von namhaften Deutschdidaktikern vehement gefordert. So haben die HPV mittlerweile auch Einzug in die Kerncurricula gehalten und entsprechende Angebote gehören in den Schulbüchern des Faches Deutsch mittlerweile zum Standard. Bevor ich auf die Durchführung meiner Unterrichtseinheit genauer eingehe, müssen zunächst einmal die Begriffe ´Textverstehen´ und ´Handlungs- und produktionsorientierter Literaturunterricht´ fachwissenschaftlich beleuchtet und definiert werden (erstes und zweites Kapitel). Dabei wird auch zur Sprache kommen, dass es nicht nur ein Konzept von HPU gibt, und dass sehr wohl auch Kritikpunkte aus der Didaktik und der Praxis vorgebracht werden. Im dritten Kapitel wird der Unterrichtsgegenstand der Einheit, der Roman ´Löcher´, in den Mittelpunkt gerückt. Die Kapitel 4, 5 und 6 beschäftigen sich schließlich mit dem praktischen Teil der Arbeit.
