About the Book

After finishing the first novel in the Sunday School Education Series, GENESIS, it was difficult to not go and begin the third book in the series, HALLELUJA - He is not here; He has risen. So off we go, to the New Testament where this much spoke about man began his preaching of the Word of God.Obviously, Jesus Christ is the most well-known name in the world! No matter who you talk to, everyone has heard about him and his many miracles and his deeds.Since little was written about Jesus in his first thirty years, this novel will begin when he was first baptized by John the Baptist, a cousin of Jesus. This exciting story begins when Jesus of Nazareth turned thirty years of age. We do know, however, that before this Jesus was born in Bethlehem. His mother Mary is believed to have had Jesus through immaculate conception. The life story told in this novel begins, primarily, with the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist. It was at this time John announced that Jesus was, in fact, the Son of God.Secondly, Jesus finds his first three followers, better known as his disciples. There were finally twelve disciples who accompanied Jesus until the end of his life on the earth. The ministry of Jesus is characterized by many extraordinary and miraculous actions. At his Sermon on the Mount, he delivered the Beatitudes, which were spiritual teachings of compassion, humility, and love.He fed the hungry. He healed the sick. The more miracles he performed, the more people followed him and listened to his teaching attentively. The life of the Lord is paramount to all Christians in every walk of life. Every Christian should know about the life of Jesus Christ and the ministry of his spiritual leadership. He did spend his entire life on earth.Read the stories of Jesus being born of a virgin.Changing water into wine. Healing of the Capernaum Demoniac.Catching a large number of fish.Healing a leper.Curing a paralyzed man. Raising of Lazarus.Healing a man with a withered hand.Raising a widow's son. Jesus curses a fruitless fig tree.Calming the storm. Walking on water. Restores a severed ear fallen from a soldier. And on and on and on...
About the Author: Born in Eagle Lake, Texas, to parents of German descent, the middle son of three boys, James always loved reading, which was fueled by his professional studies in genealogy research. James married his wife, Barbara, after five years from graduating from Texas A&M University. He had two daughters who later gave him four wonderful grandchildren. He spent the next 20 years writing history books. Some were Eagle Lake High School, 1920-1972, The First 100 Years of the Presbyterian Church, SMITH, and others. He spent numerous years with his other passion in life, hunting and fishing in many different locations around the world. Snowed in with his wife and two children (ages 3 and 6 old at the time), James sat down and watched a Stephen King interview. This launched his style of storytelling that still exists today. When King was asked how he comes up with his ideas, he said in the middle of the night while dreaming, he wakes up and goes to his laptop and jots down his dream. This technique was used many times in the writing of the Storm Lord Trilogy, The Texas Outlaw Series, The Faith Chronicles and the Sunday School Education Series. Sidney St. James Emerges James under his other pen name, Sean E. Jacobs, had a lot of pent-up stories to tell to the reading public. The stories took the form of historical nonfiction. While selling numerous copies, they never made worldwide acclaim. It wasn't until the release of the Storm Lord Trilogy Series that his writing became an instant hit! The series is most exciting, especially in the award winning final chapter, The Three Keys to Apocalypse. His paranormal romance, while done with class and with style, transformed romance's typical nubile heroines into down to earth realistic characters. The Best Sellers Between 2005 and today, James's torrential writing pace has not waned since his release of The Faith Chronicles in 2012. Faith - Seventy Times Seven and Adversity - Face to Face rose into the top ten best-selling novels in the historical nonfiction genre. James, writing in his other pen name, has been invited to write the script for the silver screen for FAITH which is a project currently underway. Recent Releases James continues to be a prolific author. In 2016, he released The Flaming Blue Sword, Nine Months Will Tell, and The Three Keys to Apocalypse. In 2017, his newest releases will be Rosenthall, The Death of a Nobel Prize Winner, and one other not yet named. They are all part of his Gideon Detective Series.
