Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Geschichte - Didaktik, Note: 1,7, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im ersten Schritt dieser Arbeit sollen einige relevante Kriterien für den erfolgreichen Einsatz von Quellen im Schulbuch aufgestellt und diskutiert werden. Die aufgestellten Kriterien sollen dann als Richtlinie zum Vergleich zweier Schulbücher im Hinblick auf den Einsatz von Textquellen dienen. Durchgeführt wird eine hermeneutisch didaktische Schulbuchanalyse, die aber auch quantitative und qualitative Merkmale berücksichtigt, wie es von Schönemann und Thünemann empfohlen wird. Um den Rahmen dieser Arbeit nicht zu sprengen, beschränkt sich der Vergleich auf das Thema "Die neue Welt". Es sollen theoretische Überlegungen genauso mit einbezogen werden wie praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Quellen. Hier sind zwei Werke der Geschichtsdidaktiker Bodo von Borries und Helmut Beilner wichtig. Borries hat mit seinem Team eine Befragung bei Schülern und Lehrern zu Textquellen im Schulbuch durchgeführt und Beilner hat seine theoretischen Überlegungen an einer kleinen Stichprobe von Schülern erprobt. Wichtig scheint dem Verfasser dieser Arbeit, nicht "im luftleeren Raum" nach eigenem Ermessen über Kriterien für einen gewinnbringenden Einsatz von Quellen zu spekulieren. Daher sollen verschiedene Positionen gesammelt werden, um ein vielschichtiges und detailliertes Bild zu gewinnen, wie der Einsatz von Quellen im Schulbuch gestaltet sein sollte, um Schüler zu interessieren, angemessen zu fordern und bestmöglich historisches Lernen zu ermöglichen.
