About the Author: Rob was blessed to be born into a loving, supportive family in 1970. He graduated from the University of Illinois in Civil Engineering in 1993. He is a licensed Professional Engineer who has successfully managed over $150 million of transportation projects. Rob was first captivated by the fiction thriller genre after reading Robert Ludlum's The Borne Identity as a young adult. His goal is to write books he would like to read. The Guardian is his first novel, and took about three years to complete. He lives with his beloved wife and two daughters in Richmond, Virginia, where he pursues his passion of writing as life allows.
