About the Book

Corporal Scott Grey is drawn into a never-ending war in the past.
He's a military nurse, desperate to find peace with his fiancé, Naomi, a fellow army medic. But he is haunted by his experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He is still recovering in Aldershot from a serious head injury that affects him physically and emotionally, when one unsettled night a ghost nurse, a Grey Lady, from World War I, takes him back to the horrors of the trenches, and shares her story of loss.

He's not sure if she's real or just a manifestation of the head injury. But when she pulls him back in time to her world, it seems all too real.

These time slip experiences recur as the WW1 nurse returns again and again to take Scott through her own tragic story. What does she want from him? And how will this affect Scott's relationship with Naomi in the present day?

Scott wants desperately to stay in his own time and with his fiancé, but the Grey Lady is equally determined to find her lost love, a handsome Gordon Highlander.

Can they both return to their own true loves, or will he be trapped in her world forever on an unending search? Scott's peace and sanity hang in the balance.

Can the two nurses heal each other? One finding peace, the other at last able to rest in peace.

Reviews for this Paranormal Time Travel novel:

I read this book in 2 nights, I just couldn't put it down. When I reached the end, I cried.

An engrossing tale which I found thoroughly enjoyable and immensely readable and, perhaps now I believe in ghosts!

Do not pass this book by. It had me in tears. Excellent, emotional, well-written. Thank you, an absolute pleasure to read.
