This special edition of 'Grapes' was produced by the Mississippi Agricultural Experiment Station, and first published in 1892, making over one-hundred-and-twenty-five years old. It is also known as 'Bulletin No. 22.' The book features basic information on growing grapes and the results of their growing experience at the station's own vineyard. Includes a list of the varieties that were grown there over the years, with a description of each one and its uses. Some of the varieties included are Agawam, Brilliant, Black July, Missouri Reissling, Lady Washington, Dutchess, and Diamond, to name a few.
A super-short, fast read, and a nice addition to the library of all collectors of government publications, and those interested in U.S. Agricultural history in general.
