About the Book

In the Gospel of the Kingdom - Part Two, the story continues as Jesus the Christ reveals more patterns and principles for the establishment of the Kingdom of God here on earth. He defines what 'spiritual blindness' is and then begins to take a closer look at the people to whom the Kingdom was originally given, while stepping into the role of Judge. The Kingdoms of the world must become the Kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ, so He completes the picture of what needs to be done to achieve this by expanding on what it means to deny our fleshly appetites. In this exciting conclusion of the greatest story ever told, you will begin to see that God's Kingdom agenda cannot be misunderstood as Jesus continues to talk about the coming shift from natural to spiritual. He uses parables in addition to figurative and symbolic language to reveal the components of Kingdom and He analyses the state of the Jewish nation in the same way, before foretelling their judgment and the coming of the end of the age. The language He used was prophetic and spiritual in nature, and the people living in that time period, failed to understand Him because the Holy Spirit had not yet been given. Through this language that He used, the secrets of the Kingdom were hidden for those who would accept the move from natural to spiritual. They would understand what He was saying during His life, using faith as the principle thing behind this spiritual way of life. While all this is happening, Jesus also exposes the intricate three-way system that came into operation after the fall of man and developed into a system that was even able to deceive members of Jesus' own chosen group of twelve. Towards the end of the story, as Jesus enters Jerusalem for the last time, He begins to actually fulfil the symbolisms of the Old Covenant rituals established around the priesthood, the Tabernacle, the sacrifice system and the Festivals of the Hebrews, given through Moses, as he becomes the Lamb of sacrifice. The crucifixion, death and resurrection of Jesus, which unfold as part of the Spring Festivals, become symbols of the new system of the Kingdom that Jesus came to introduce. As the story dramatically draws to a close, God confirms that the people who submit to this new system are the type of people He will work with in establishing His Kingdom. He is Theo-centric, so the Kingdom is all about His will, done His way, through His Spirit, for His glory. He reveals that as His people follow the pattern of Christ, the Autumn Festivals of the Hebrews will be fulfilled in the events that lead to the end of the age. By the time you finish this book, you will know how believers will actually influence the spheres of influence they live and operate in. In addition, you will know what you need to do to launch you into the cutting edge of Kingdom purpose, in which you will begin the process of fulfilling Revelation 11:15 in your nation, and possibly other nations of the world.
About the Author: Augustine Chanetsa is a qualified member of the international Society of Technicians in Insurance and has operated as a practitioner in the Insurance Industry of Zimbabwe for over thirty years. However, once he gave his life to Christ over twenty years ago, he began to get involved in Christian ministry. Over a period of ten years, he produced and presented Christian music and talk programmes for both radio and television for the National Broadcaster in Zimbabwe. While that season was drawing to an end, he served in the home cell/ home group system of the church for eight years, and after serving as District Pastor, he was sent to plant a church in one of the suburbs in the city of Harare in Zimbabwe, together with his wife Samantha. They continued in this role for a period of five years, at the end of which, they were recalled to the church headquarters where they headed the training department for for another five years. It was during this time that Augustine began to write books, as the department's work room was also the library for the church's Bible School. His passion had always been to find out and understand what causes man's mind to work the way it does, and find a biblical solution to those problems. With this in mind, he wrote seven books on the background to the story of the Bible from Genesis through to the beginning of the Acts of the Apostles. It was during the process of writing the seventh book, on the life of Jesus to the beginning of Acts, that he discovered the Gospel of the Kingdom, and then he wrote the bulk of the two books while on assignment in Sal, Cabo Verde. After nine months there, he returned to Zimbabwe at the beginning of 2017, to complete the process of publishing his books.
