About the Author: If you can think of it, I've probably done it. I've worked underground (as a coal miner), on the ground (on farms, in vineyards, in offices, as a truck driver, a lumberjack, a carpenter and more), in the air (as a flying instructor and as a bush pilot), at sea (with fishing boats off the north-west coast of Spain). I own a PhD in Linguistics and an ND, the naturopathic equivalent of an MD. In the first capacity, I have taught Linguistics and languages (Latin, English, German, Spanish and French) on four continents. As an ND, I have considered it my main mission to teach people how to live so that they won't need drugs or doctors. Though I am pushing 80, I jog at least five kilometers a day six times a week.
