About the Author
Peggy Hagoski still remembers the day when her parents came to know the Lord in a personal way. She was eight years old and there was a big change in her household. Her mother and father were both called to preach the gospel as evangelists and her family enjoyed many musical gifts, playing instruments and singing, which added to the ministry. Since every day became a day to preach, visit churches, and conduct prayer meetings, her father needed a Sabbath day. He made Tuesday his day with the Lord.
Hagoski came to know that whether it was Sunday or any day of the week, every day is God's day. She regards holidays as an opportunity to give Christ special praise, and began writing poetry with this ideal in mind.
Now eighty-eight, Peggy married at sixteen and learned from God how to be a good wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother all in the town of Santa Monica, California, where she has lived her entire life.
