About the Book

In God and Love: A Spiritual Philosophy, Kerry Beach shares his own personal philosophy regarding God, one's soul, and life. Having been less than satisfied with various religions as a young person, Kerry has spent his life observing and questioning many aspects of spirituality, and listening to that small voice in his heart in order to work out his answers. For several years, he has felt a calling to share his beliefs in a book. In the midst of the changes sweeping through human life on this planet in the first decade of the twenty-first century, Kerry has realized that now is the time for this book. He offers an honest sharing of his spiritual beliefs, developed over sixty-plus years of life as an average human being, in the hope that others will think about their own beliefs, and become more conscious and aware in the process. Kerry goes far beyond the expected spiritual subjects of God, human existence and the meaning of life. He shares his thoughts and beliefs about physical reality, afterlife, time, and the only rule for life that matters. He discusses topics that are of concern to all people, such as relationships, living an abundant life, discovering your own spiritual path, and finding inner peace. Through it all, Kerry presents common prevalent views of each topic plus his own beliefs and the reasoning behind them. Each chapter is presented with warmth, love and even a bit of humor, to encourage the reader to consider and begin exploring his or her own beliefs. Kerry hopes that everyone who reads this book, whether they agree with him or not, will find something they have not considered which will challenge them to think more deeply. It is his desire that each reader will ultimately strengthen their own spiritual beliefs because of what he has shared in this book.
About the Author: Kerry B. Beach grew up in Memphis, Tennessee in the mid-twentieth century, graduating from high school in 1966. He served in the military, earned two engineering degrees and spent nearly forty years in engineering and technology. He spent the last several years as a real estate consultant and broker in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is now establishing himself as an author, teacher, speaker and coach in spirituality and personal development. Having experienced first-hand the economic difficulties of the decade of 2000 to 2010, Kerry is determined to apply himself fully to living his passion and purpose, which builds upon his teaching experience as adjunct faculty in two universities plus several years as an accomplished technical trainer, and his success in managing and developing people and organizations in complex and creative endeavors. Kerry's work is all about people - meeting, understanding, building relationships, helping and loving. Kerry lives in the Charlotte area with his wife, Connie, and too many cats.
