About The Authors Eliyahu M. Goldratt was an Israeli physicist-turned-business management guru. He wrote several business novels and other works of non-fiction. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Tel Aviv University, and followed it up with a Master’s degree and a doctorate from Bar-llan University. He came up with the Optimized Production Technique (OPT) and several other management processes. Goldratt died on June 11, 2011. Jeff Cox is a popular writer, who is well-known for writing a distinct type of targeted fiction that focuses on organizational improvement.
