This GLUTEN FREE IDEAS Cookbook is more intended for those who want clean, less refined recipes and a more nutritious, whole-food approach, not just good-looking, highly processed foods with empty calories. Disappointed with many of the gluten-free products/recipes on the market, I decided to create mine. As I developed many food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances in my late twenties, improving my diet became an experience that changed my life.
After many years of mistakes and experimentation, I reversed most of my allergies and healed my body through dietary changes. The key is not just to avoid gluten and dairy but also to adopt whole foods in our diet and eliminate all highly processed ingredients- and it is better reached in our kitchen!
I tried every diet available, and they all have a positive short-term effect. But I have discovered that the key to maintaining the way you eat under control is access to alternatives (healthier, cleaner) when you need them.
