About the Book

Although it may sound cliche, life is a journey. It is something that we each experience differently, whether that is because of the place we were born, the people we surround ourselves with, or the actions we take on a daily basis. Life is not a straight line up, starting from childhood where every experience we go through leads us closer to our optimal goal. Instead, it is a path that has bumps on the road, a series of ups and downs that make us who we are on that specific day. Every person you meet brings you somewhere different, brings you different ways of looking at life, and therefore makes you question your beliefs regarding your principles, what you believe is right or wrong, whether you are where you should be, or even whether you are on the right path altogether. Life is a series of challenges brought on by the universe, and each challenge is meant to make you question everything you do. Things are hard for a reason, and the way that you look at life will determine how you experience it.
Some wait on inspiration, but I say fuck it and just do it.
The greatest hiccup we face is waiting; waiting for the mood to move to just get started on creative inspiration. Surprisingly, the greatest success comes when we just move on impulse; without thinking about the what if's, or failure. This only happens if we do not allow doubt and fears to creep in our thought process. The biggest mistake we make is creating a timeline on when we will start, how we will pace ourselves and when we will finish. Not knowing a timeline for anything is only allowing you to put yourself in a stagnant energy. This gives you the time to focus on other things that are meaningless to your purpose. It will allow other events to creep in, where other individuals' problems become yours to solve while yours sit on the back burner.
When this happens, we are telling God and The Universe: I appreciate the gift but I'll get to discovering it a little bit later. Not showing that you are appreciative of the gift given is a slap in the universe's face. This is why your purpose is then given to someone who will eventually complete the task and you're stuck with "Oh I was going to do that... that was my idea". From the day you were created, you were designed for this life, designated to complete, teach and learn from several of the tasks. You were designed to fall and get up, doesn't matter how many times; you weren't designed to fail or give up. Procrastination doesn't exist in your DNA, doubts or fear are all contaminated infectious diseases that you allow to take over your way of thinking, living and your will to succeed. You just want to do the damn thing! Maybe you're asking what thing? My answer to you is ANYTHING! Anything you set your mind to; hell, anything that comes to mind. Stop being so comfy with life and yourself that you just exist. Stop letting life and dreams pass you by because you're the only existing... existing to become extinct, a thought, a what I should have done and not a legend in your own right.
"It's is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change" - Charles Darwin
