Als theoretisches Fundament, werden überdies die Konzepte und Wirkzusammenhänge zu den Themen Gesundheit (insbesondere psychische), Stress und Führung (-stil) dargestellt. Eine Erkenntnis dieser Arbeit lautet, dass gesunde Führung den Grundsätzen guter Führung folgt und keineswegs umfangreiche medizinische Kenntnisse vorrausetzt.
About the Author: Michael Estel (M.A.) durchlief nach seinem Abitur am Privatgymnasium in Tangermünde eine zweijährige Ausbildung zum Bundeswehr-Offizier der Reserve. Bedingt durch sein Interesse an Themen wie Kommunikation und Verhalten absolvierte der Autor das Studium der Bildungs- und Erziehungswissenschaften an der Helmut Schmidt Universität in Hamburg. Schwerpunkte des Studiums waren Erwachsenbildung, Personalmanagement und Psychologie. Während des Studiums sammelte der Autor zahlreiche Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Methodik und Didaktik, Coaching, Menschen-Führung, Fitness und nicht zuletzt Personalmanagement, indem er zahlreiche Praktika in verschiedenen Wirtschaftsunternehmen durchführte. Gesundheit als Thema der Erwachsenbildung und insbesondere als eine Führungsaufgabe im Personalmanagement, vereint die Interessen des Autors und ist zudem im Kontext des demografischen Wandels ein hochaktuelles Thema.
