Nun ist sie aber reif und in 10 Ländern entstanden bereits Keimformen der künftigen basisdemokratischen Arbeiterräte mit den 500 "Betrieben ohne Boss" und deren gewählten Sprecherräten. Die "Geschichte der Arbeiterräte" betrachtet deren Geschichte und zeigt, dass mit ihrem vollständigen Entstehen die Vorgeschichte der Menschheit abgeschlossen sein wird, bei der der Mensch hur halb unbewusst, halb bewusst seine Geschichte geschrieben hatte. Wir betreten nach der tiefen und schweren Wirtschaftskrise, in der nur noch die Statistiklügen die Wirtschaft aufrecht hält, die Geschichte der Menschheit. Ab nun werden jede weiteren Veränderungen mit der Vernunft vollzogen werden. Manche wird es überraschen, dass es eine noch viel demokratischere Alternative als die repräsentative Demokratie im Kapitalismus gibt. Kein Elend, keine Kriege, kein Rassenhass und keine Lügen mehr. Ist das dann wirklich alles machbar und keine Träumerei?
About the Author: Norbert Nelte (*19.9.1945) studierte nach seiner Kaufmannslehre in den 60er Jahren Betriebswirtschaft und sammelte als Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechner praktische Erfahrungen über die Wirkungsweise des Kapitalismus. Nachdem er seit 1960 auf den wenigen Demonstrationen keine Gesinnungsgenossen für die Idee der Arbeiterräte fand, schloss er sich in der Studentenbewegung den deutschen Vertretern der Internationalen Sozialisten um Tony Cliff an. In den 70er Jahren konnte er als Vertrauensmann eines Großbetriebes der Autozulieferindustrie, als Sprecher der Antiatombewegung in Hessen, als Sprecher der Atomgegner in den Gewerkschaften in Hessen-Nassau und in den 80er Jahren als Gründer und Sprecher der Arbeitlosengruppen in Hannover seine praktischen politischen Erfahrungen sammeln. Nachdem die Cliffisten sich 1990 nach rechts zum Zentrismus hin entwickelten, gründete er in Köln seine eigene Initiative zur Reorganisation der internationalen Sozialisten. Der Schwerpunkt seines theoretischen Werkes liegt auf den ökonomischen Analysen. Er weckte aber auch Verständnis für die Staatskapitalimustheorie von Tony Cliff und konnte in den Darstellungen der Arbeitergeschichte und den Untersuchungen über die linke Bewegung seine praktischen Erfahrungen einbringen.
