Jahrhunderts, Note: 1,0, Universität Koblenz-Landau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Hausarbeit stellt einen Unterrichtsentwurf zum Thema Gerechtigkeit mit Fokus auf den Schleier des Nichtwissens bei John Rawls vor: Damit das moralische Prinzip der Unparteilichkeit gewährleistet werden kann, befinden sich Menschen im Urzustand hinter dem sogenannten Schleier des Nichtwissens. Dies bedeutet, dass sie ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten, die soziale Stellung innerhalb der Gesellschaft und ihre körperlichen Gegebenheiten nicht kennen. Folglich würden sie sich - so Rawls - für eine Gesellschaftsstruktur entscheiden, die die Interessen jeden einzelnen Individuums bestmöglich berücksichtigt. Zentrales Stundenthema ist die Erarbeitung ebendieser Idee Rawls'. Die SuS interpretieren zum Einstieg eine Karikatur zum Thema Chancengleichheit und Fairness. Ihre Einfälle werden währenddessen von der Lehrperson an der Tafel gesammelt und anschließend mit dem Ausdruck Schleier des Nichtwissens in Verbindung gebracht. Nachdem die SuS kurz die Möglichkeit haben, Vermutungen darüber anzustellen, was diese Begrifflichkeit bedeutet, gehen sie in die Arbeitsphase und das Kernstück der Unterrichtsstunde über: Ein Textauszug aus John Rawls' Theorie der Gerechtigkeit . Nachdem sie den Text gelesen haben, erarbeiten die SuS folgende Fragestellungen: 1. Stellen Sie Rawls' Gerechtigkeitsgrundsätze in eigenen Worten dar. 2. Was ist der Schleier des Nichtwissens? Als Lernprodukt entsteht das Wissen über die Kernaspekte der Theorie der Gerechtigkeit nach Rawls sowie eine Definition des Schleiers des Nichtwissens - zum einen als Basis für das folgende Planspiel in der Unterrichtsreihe, aber auch, um eine der wichtigsten Grundpositionen im Bereich der politischen Philosophie kennenzulernen. Folglich beschäftigen sich die SuS mit der Frage danach, wie ein Staat aufgebaut sein sollte, wieviel Gleichheit dafür von Nöten
