About the Book

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
On a regular January evening, the universe jolts the small town of Galveias with a great mystery. A series of explosions have caused a terrible roar in Doctor Matta's properties. His neighbors, stunned and trying to investigate what has happened, discover there has been a meteorite impact that not only releases a suffocating heat, but also covers everything with a horrible and constant sulfuric smell.

This is the way we get to access the lives of a great cast of characters and who, one page at a time, build a world for the reader to discover. The small town of Galveias is a snapshot of life, a purifying image of a bleak reality that a country is facing, and one that contributes to its identity.
