Die Geschichte der Arbeitsorganisation kann dabei nicht vollständig betrachtet werden, jedoch werden grundlegende, wichtige Entwicklungen thematisiert. Im dritten Kapitel der Arbeit stehen die unterschiedlichen Organisationsformen der Unternehmen im Fokus der Betrachtung. Moderne Organisationsmodelle fördern nicht nur die Arbeitsmotivation, sondern auch die Eigenverantwortung, sodass Ressourcen letztlich optimal genutzt werden. Schliesslich ist eine der Hauptaufgaben der Führungskräfte die Motivation der Mitarbeiter aufrechtzuhalten und ein innovatives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen, von denen sämtliche Parteien profitieren. Daran anschliessend wird im vierten Kapitel die moderne Mitarbeiterführung in Bezug auf den Wandel herausgearbeitet. Die Arbeit schliesst mit einem Fazit ab.
