Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 2,3, European Business School - Internationale Universität Schloß Reichartshausen Oestrich-Winkel (ebs Department of Real Estate), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Um eine kritische Analyse der Funktionsallokation des Immobilienmarketings vor dem Hintergrund des Resource-Based-View durchführen zu können, ist es zu Beginn der Arbeit notwendig bestimmte Begriffe zu definieren und voneinander abzugrenzen. Den Anfang macht im zweiten Kapitel die Vorstellung des Resource-Based-View. Auf dem historischen Ursprung des Ansatzes in Kapitel 2.1 aufbauend werden in Kapitel 2.2 die entsche idenden Merkmale des Resource-Based-View hergeleitet. Anschließend wird in Kapitel 2.3 der Resource-Based-View von seinem weit verbreiteten Pendant Market-Based-View abgegrenzt, welcher im Marketing bisher eine große Rolle spielt. Um eine Analyse des Immobilienmarketings auf Basis des Resource-Based-View zu ermöglichen werden in Kapitel 2.4 die Auswirkungen des Konzeptes auf das Marketing dargestellt. Mit Hinblick auf die Besonderheiten des Immobilienmarktes werden in Kapitel 2.5 die Ansichten des Resource-Based-View zu strategischen Allianzen angeschnitten. Daran anschließend wird im dritten Kapitel mit der Funktionsallokation des Immobilienmarketings der andere Teil der Aufgabenstellung behandelt. Begonnen wird hierbei mit den besonderen Charakteristika des Produktes Immobilie und den daraus resultierenden Eigenschaften des Immobilienmarktes in Kapitel 3.1. Darauf aufbauend wird in Kapitel 3.2 die Theorie des Immobilienmarketings vorgestellt. Mit Hilfe dieser beiden Teilaspekte soll in Kapitel 4 versucht werden eine kritische Analyse des Immobilienmarketings auf Basis des in Kapitel 2 hergeleiteten Resource- Based-View zu erstellen.
