About the Author: Dr. Melissa Caudle is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of On the Lot Productions, a Louisiana-based production company. Besides being a filmmaker, Dr. Caudle is an author with several books and dozens of articles in magazines around the world. She just published The Reality of Reality TV: Reality Show Business Plans (ISBN - 978-1460916988), The Reality of Reality TV Workbook, and 150 Ways to Fund a Reality Show.
