A Daily Sarcastic Gratitude Journal - For The Angry Days, When You Need A Break!
An alternative take on the typical "gratitude," journal - that allows you to vent when you're feeling angry and just need to write it down. It can be written in every day, or just whenever the mood hits!
However, as well as plenty of space to vent - you can end the entry on a positive note, by listing three things that you ARE grateful for.
This journal is undated, so it can be written in as much or as little as you like. There are two pages you can fill in each day and these are repeated throughout the book.
The two pages for each day are as follows....
Page (1):
- A space to write about the shitty event of the day.
- A space to select your mood - circling the most relevant face, from mildly annoyed, to completely enraged.
- A space to draw an angry doodle!
- A space to list 3 shit facts about the day.
Page (2):
- A space to write about ONE worry that you have right now.
- A mini list space, for the things you CANNOT fuck up.
- A space to write about something you're glad you DID do that day.
- A space to write about something you wish you had NOT done that day.
- Last but not least, a place to write 3 things you are really grateful for.
Each book contains over 100 pages in total - they're measured at 6" x 9" inches, (the perfect size to fit into your bag!).
There are so many journals out there trying to help you look at the positive things in your life and start and end each day with, "gratitude..." Which is absolutely fine.
But sometimes we all need to vent and let out our anger. We always have worries and concerns and irritations that spin around in our mind, waiting to get out.
At least this book can provide you with your own private space where you can be completely honest and this is a POSITIVE way to release all those negative feelings that build up.
However, positivity isn't entirely left out either!! There is still a place to reflect on things we're grateful for at the end of each entry and also a place to reflect on something we're glad we did that day.
Ultimately, this book provides a safe space to get a tonne of negativity off your chest, while also considering what we're really thankful for & embracing the positive too.
This would make a great gift for anyone in your life who could do with some stress relief!
