Open information flows and existing technology enable citizens to decide together their own destiny. In the end, people's actions will define the results.
If this book wasn't a continuation of the one that dealt with the political system, therefore, would be titled, alternatively, as short as self-explanatory:
Participatory Economics.
Regardless any academic dispute between the nomenclatures "political economy" and "economics" only to classify the same discipline, we better to call it directly as a participatory economic system - without any jargon or appeals. An economic structure that everybody already has an intuitive knowledge, thus, is easy for everyone to apply. If it would be conducted by a sufficient number of people, then any kind of political struggle would be needed to achieve socioeconomic balance with equity, transparency and accountability. However, as different people think and act differently, the book that gave rise to the present has its specific function and, together or separately, can be a hand for solutions conducted by individuals and/or groups.
the concepts in the scope of this book are for everybody, even those who - for whatever 'reason' - don't like liberty, but want a better economic position - without any bloodletting in the public treasury. The artificial left-right dichotomy (originated from a mere division of seats in the Constituent Assembly during the French Revolution) is not an issue. Let's move on with the arguments, strategies and methods to be applied in the process (now in an economic point of view) From Republic to Democracy.
