Here's the story, in a nutshell:
Frisson NEVER goes camping. It's way too uncomfortable! In the rugged wilderness, he could be setting up camp near quicksand or The Three Bears!
Instead, he sets up a top-of-the-line TV so he can watch a camping show from the comfort of his own home.
But there's a problem: he needs to plug his TV in! Reaching the nearest electrical outlet requires careful planning and major boot camp training. So he packs up and hits the trail. He has nearly conquered the terrain when suddenly, he is stopped in his tracks! Will he become a happy camper? Will he make it safely out of the woods? Will he survive to tell his story around a roaring campfire?
Original Title: Scaredy Squirrel Goes Camping
M?lanie Watt is a talented author-illustrator who has won several prestigious awards for her work, including the Ruth and Sylvia Schwartz Award, the Blue Spruce Award and the Amelia Frances Howard Gibbon Award.
