Forschungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Wissenschaftstheorie, Anthropologie, Note: 1,3, Universität Paderborn (Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik), Veranstaltung: Fachdidaktik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Motivation zum forschenden Lernen ist die "Qualität des Lehrens und Lernen an der Schule und die Bedingungen, unter denen Lehrer/Lehrerinnen und Schüler/Schülerinnen arbeiten zu verbessern" Mit diesem Zitat habe ich mein Positionspapier begonnen um darauf zu aufmerksam zu machen dass es beim Forschenden Lehren hauptsächlich um eine Verbesserung der Qualität des Lehrens und Lernens kurz: um ein Verbesserung der Unterrichtsqualität geht! An meiner Grundposition die das Forschende Lehren grundsätzlich befürwortet, hat sich auch während meines Praktikums nicht verändert! Ich bin nach wie vor der Meinung, dass man durch eigene Forschungen seinen Unterricht evaluieren sollte, um die Qualität zu sichern und neue Erkenntnisse bezüglich bestimmter Unterrichtsmethoden zu gewinnen! Diese Erkenntnisse können dann dem Kollegium und der ganzen Schule von Nutzen sein! In meiner Positionsbestimmung hatte ich Probleme aufgezeigt, die bei der Implementierung des forschenden Lehrens zu berücksichtigen sind (z.B. das fehlende Selbstverständnis der Lehrer als Forscher). Die meisten Lehrer am Berufskolleg machen ihren Job seit Jahrzehnten. Sie verstehen sich nicht als Forscher, sondern als Lehrer! Ich habe mit mehreren Lehrern darüber diskutiert, welche Position sie zum "Forschenden Lehren" einnehmen. Bei den meisten habe ich den Eindruck bekommen, dass sie die Wissenschaft an Hochschulen als Übermacht begreifen, die dem Kollegium nur ständig neue, zusätzliche Tätigkeiten aufladen möchte, die den Zeigefinger erhebt und sagt, wie man alles besser machen kann! Es war eine grundsätzliche Abwehrhaltung zum "Forschenden Lehren" zu erkennen, mit dem Versuch die Umsetzung relativ schnell an zeitlichen und organisatorischen Gegebenheiten zum Scheitern zu bringen.
