About the Book

The FOCUS Principle...A Guide to Finding and Defining Your FOCUS has been developed to create a structure that allows people to learn and apply stronger and more guided focus in their lives. It is comprised of the core values of Fulfillment, Optimism, Consciousness, being Uncompromising and Success. The FOCUS Principle is an extraction of several symposiums, workshops and training that the Lewis Jae Development Team participated in, studied and taught over ten plus years of leadership. It takes what we consider to be the very best components of the strongest development programs and aligns them with the most essential principle needed to move forward with any decision one is seeking to make. It is a great guide for anyone and creates a connector to better understand how to find and define FOCUS

About the Author

Jason Frisby is author of The FOCUS Principle and a Principal in Lewis Jae Development Services. He is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Jason was a product of his environment. Moved just outside of Philadelphia with his family as a teenager, he vowed that part of his lifes mission would be to assist in revitalization and economic empowerment in the city. He lives by the motto, Change the world, start in the hood, as he believes that the life-blood of creativity, imagination, and innovation doesnt solely reside with, but absolutely starts with the disenfranchised in urban areas. He was educated in the Philadelphia public and parochial school systems and holds degrees with concentrations in Organizational Leadership. He is a leader within the Fortune 500 companies, having initiated, developed, managed and groomed teams in both an organization in the Fortune 200, as well as an organization in the Fortune 6. His passion is for growth and development, from entry level through to the C-suite. His dynamic coaching and mentoring techniques have been praised over the years, winning several organizational awards and accolades. Jason has assisted in managing large scale projects, growing departments from inception through stabilization and assisting with the career trajectory of subordinates, peers and leaders alike. With over 10 years of coaching and leadership development learned through countless symposiums, lectures, workshops and self-study, Jason has developed the FOCUS curriculum including workshops, symposiums, coaching, and mentoring material. Designed to address the end-users needs and tailored to connect organizational mission and values with personal growth, FOCUS brings out the best results for both the company and employee equally. Through Frisby Holdings developing non-profit arm, Jason plans to help fund community projects, create leadership development programs, and continue the mission of partnering with as many professionals as possible, while bringing proven results to urban areas across the world that normally wouldnt have the exposure to this type of training.
