Teachers, parents and students are going to LOVE these five fabulously fun plays! Chock full of laughs and learning (disguised as pure fun, of course!), they encourage young people to discover the power of their imaginations by sending them into the realm of theater magic!
Each fabulously fun play is approximately 10-15 minutes long in performance and can be performed in almost any environment.
Characters can be played by any gender or age (so adults are encouraged to join in the fun)!
Language features and vocabulary words have been highlighted and described throughout, and several research opportunities have been added for further exploration.
Written by a drama teacher who feels that more resources for kids' storytelling and drama play are desperately needed! With this in mind, more are on the way, so be sure to subscribe to her author's blog here for updates on new books!: http: //www.shaunarayratapu.com

From the introduction:
Inside this book, you are going to find five very funny and very fabulous plays. You will have to be sure that before you read these plays that you, 1) don't have a mouth full of liquid, because it might come shooting out of your nose, 2) that you have used the "facilities" (the loo/restroom), otherwise...well...you know, and that would be quite embarrassing, and 3) that you aren't chewing gum or eating anything because I wouldn't want to be responsible for you choking on something and then coughing it up and having it fly into your teacher's, or your friend's eye!!
