Pancakes a la Südseetraum
Zutaten für 2 Portionen
-120 g Haferflocken
-50 g Abnehm-Pulver
-240 ml Sojamilch
-100 g Bananen
-2 Prisen Bourbon Vanille
-2 Prisen Zimt
-1 TL Backpulver
-1 TL Kokosöl
Zubereitung
Schritt 1:
Haferflocken, Sojamilch, Bananen, das Abnehm-Pulver sowie den Zimt, das Backpulver und die Vanille in einen Mixer geben und solange mixen, bis eine zähflüssige Masse entsteht.
Schritt 2:
Kokosöl in eine Pfanne geben, die Pancakes auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen und von beiden Seiten goldgelb rausbacken.
Tipp: Serviere die Pancakes mit einem Topping deiner Wahl.
