Living in Florida had it's perks. One of them was the vast array of fishing spots to be found nearly everywhere in the state of Florida, fresh water and salt water and brackish water too. Robert is a youngster finding tremendous companionship and a fishing buddy all at the same time with an old timer named Mr. Hurst. Together they fish, talk, and enjoy life together in much the same way young men have grown up around the world and especially in America. Today is like any other great fishing trip except for one very unique experience that both Robert and Mr. Hurst will not likely ever forget. Only when Robert is much older is the story finally told about this unusual time that would not occur again in either of their lives. Certainly it didn't happen again in Robert's life and he recalls that day with an animated heart and story to keep telling over time.
