Why were we created?
A question few ask and many do not consider, although it is critical to man's success, for many are ignorant of what is to come. Perhaps it is no surprise as the life of this world, especially in todays time pushes away from thinking of the afterlife. But this is what Islam came to remind us about. Yet with:
So much criticism of the religion and it's teachings
Much of the knowledge stored in the not so common Arabic language
Few scholars and many not so knowledgeable people claiming to understand and teach it.
It's assumed similarity with Christianity
Islam just seems so complex, confusing and complicated with people not knowing where to look or who to ask. But all those are just obstacles and the message of Islam is many times worth overcoming, for what is worth trading for success?
This is not a story for mere entertainment, but a guide to those seeking to understand. For where better to start in explaining our purpose in this world than in the story of our father Adam who was:
- The First Man,
- The First Muslim
- The First Prophet and
- The First one to sin [among mankind]
Detailing his life in Jannah and on earth, the story is broken down with over 70 lesson extracted from it to ponder about and derive benefit from among which are:
