The First 100 Words Coloring Book #2
The Coloring Book for Advancing Your Toddler's Vocabulary Through Words and Pictures!
* More than 100 Vocabulary-filled coloring book pages!
The concept of this series of books was to help prepare your Toddler for the world by arming them with a variety of nouns, names, places, and things that will help to form the base of their growing vocabulary. Your baby will also need functional words for action (verbs) locations (prepositions), and various descriptive words (adjectives/adverbs) so that they can combine them to make simple phrases.
Children will begin to create their own phrases when their vocabularies are close to 50 or more words. This means that if your child doesn't have a sufficient number of words in their vocabulary they won't be able to come up with phrases. There are a variety of wonderful resources out there for these words, but we wanted to create a fun way to teach children and create the added mental stimulation of coloring (mentioned earlier) which has an incredibly effect on memory and cognition.
Through the series we have presented a variety of common action words (verbs), Descriptive words (adjectives/adverbs) and some of the most common Nouns that they'll be faced with along with fun pictures to color while you practice with them. Book 2 focuses on Important Nouns, some Verbs and a few Adverbs and Adverbs as well. We also spend a good portion of this volume on Numbers and counting! (Super, super important!)
This book has been a collaborative effort between artists, designers, and psychologists. This book not only soothes your toddler, but also increases mental stimulation. The pictures and designs may seem random at first glance, but they're anything but. We also added some really cool coloring pages that are just for you to enjoy.. We think you'll love the designs and create some incredible pieces of art!
Our idea with this project was to inspire, and increase neuronal activity and stimulation in a way that activates very unique parts of your child's mind. There are fields of research suggesting that both children and adults who work with coloring books and designs can effectively raise their IQ.
