About the Author: Dr. Nancy Koury King has spent twenty-five years in as a leader in the health-care industry. She has been on both sides of the firing line, which gives her a unique perspective on job loss and job security.
King received her master's degree in social administration from the Mandel School of Social Administration and her doctorate in management from the Weatherhead School of Management, both at Case Western Reserve University. She worked as an adjunct instructor at both Case Western Reserve University and the Ohio State University and taught business ethics at Capital University.
King lives and works in Norfolk, Virginia.
