About the Book

Finding meaning in life and being happy when you've suffered incredible loss or trauma growing up seems impossible, but Daniel made it and so can you.

Growing up and being shaped in a world filled with drugs, crime, violence, and poverty, Daniel Lyndon was dealt a difficult hand in life. One that caused him to suffer greatly as a child.

Watching his parents and only role models take drugs, it was no surprise that by the time Daniel was fourteen, he had already developed a well established drug problem himself. But drugs were only part of the problem, since unresolved trauma haunted him throughout his teens and young adult life.

At the lowest point is his teenage years, Daniel was imprisoned for four years which only served to make him suffer more. During that time, the depressed and psychologically traumatized young man met a Buddhist monk who helped him take control of his self-defeating subconscious and grow beyond everybody's expectations. Gaining a new skill in hairdressing and with continued study and practice into mindfulness and meditation, Daniel went on to open five successful salons. Enlightened and with a new fervor for life, Daniel started coaching others who found themselves caught in the clutch of life's difficulties and self-defeat.

In a horrible twist of fate, however, in that never ending cycle of the ups and downs, life threw Daniel another curve ball that could have broken him once more. After fifteen years of staying on the "straight", he had to then overcome the emotional trauma of not seeing his child, which ended with him dislocating his shoulders and losing his businesses and home.

With the launch of his first book, Find Meaning in the Suffering, Daniel brings a different perspective to all self-help philosophies. He presents a unique understanding on how you can turn past traumatic experiences into your greatest sources of strengths and build a legacy of your own.

If you've had to face similar life circumstances and are struggling to pick yourself up, then this book is a must read. We've all been sold that illusive dream of a life full of realization and happiness, but life is not like that. Life can be unforgiving and cruel. However, life is also what we make of it.

Detailed in this book is a realistic approach of how you can deal with and overcome such adversity, bringing you a new perspective on the types of situations we all have to deal with throughout our lives.

Why waste thousands of £££'s and years on research and personal development when Daniel openly shares with you his astonishing story and apprenticeship? It's a clear-cut recipe for how the underdog can get back on top. With mental resilience, self-discipline, and a lot of hard work, Daniel illustrates how anyone can live and maintain a positive life filled with love and abundance despite life's challenges.

In Find Meaning in the Suffering, he shares a story that starts with tragedy but ends in success. He reveals the exact practices he adopted to live life to its fullest potential. By overcoming fear and illuminating a clear path through his own experiences, Daniel creates a perspective most Guru's would not acknowledge - that our greatest strengths are born from our suffering and most painful experiences.

It's time to acknowledge your past and invest in your future, thus gaining a greater understanding into your own happiness and well-being.

Today, Daniel coaches high net worth individuals at an executive level, teaching them how to stay grounded and turn any negative into a positive.
