About the Author: Vince Lambri is an instructor of personal training and fitness at Branford Hall Career Institute and the World Instructor Training Schools. He is also a member of the elite personal training staff at Snap Fitness in Avon, Connecticut.
A graduate from Stony Brook University, he originally embarked on a career as a healthcare professional.
Inspired by his own success with a personal trainer, he studied the science of exercise and fitness and became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He further expanded his knowledge by achieving an MBA in healthcare management.
For the past twenty-two years, he has offered personal training to a host of clients at their homes, his private studio, and health clubs throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
