    About the Author: Mein Name ist Erik Pfeiffer und ich bin aktuell (2016) Master-Student der Sportwissenschaften. Einer mein eigenen "Schwachpunkte" in meinem Körper ist meine Verdauung. Sobald ich chronisch unangenehm gestresst bin oder mich unwohl fühle, merke ich zuerst hier die Symptome. Das war einer der Ausgangspunkte meiner Reise. Spätestens mit dem Beginn meines Studiums 2011 habe ich intensiv damit begonnen, jegliche Informationen zu einer für den Menschen gesunden Ernährung und Lebensweise zu sammeln. Ich habe jahrelang paleo gemacht, besuche herausragende Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten wenn immer ich solche entdecke und lese regelmäßig eine große Menge an wissenschaftlicher Papiere im englischen Original. Dabei habe ich auch das Fermentieren von Gemüse entdeckt. Es ist gesundheitlich, aber auch kulinarisch eine wirkliche Bereicherung! Meine Vision ist es, jedem Menschen in Deutschland Zugang zu einfach umsetzbarer, individuell anpassbarer, effektiver und kostengünstiger Gesundheits-Information zu geben.
