About the Author: As a kid, Pauline Field would avoid reading and writing at all costs. Not until college did she start to enjoy both. Now she has several other books waiting to be written. She became impassioned about leadership in 2005 when she discovered how few women were actually in leadership positions in any and every walk of life, so she founded 50/50 Leadership, a nonprofit promoting women's equal leadership. Currently working as a Research Analyst, she is the former COO (not CEO) of a global management consulting agency and management consultant for almost thirty years. Pauline has been active in the community and although she has received many awards, she is most proud of being the mother of Adrian and also a grandmother.
