About the Author: Swiss author Monica Camuglia's goal is to instill in her readers a profound awareness of their own personal responsibility for a peaceful and balanced life. "I have always been fascinated by life stories and the playing out of individual destinies," she says, "but I began writing in earnest around four years ago after a crisis in my personal life. In some ways it was therapeutic, but it also opened doors to new understanding of life's challenges." Over a twenty-year professional career in teaching and business, Monica struggled to find balance and happiness in her life. At the peak of her success she decided to step away and focus on her inner wellbeing and her relationship with humanity. It was a journey that would lead her to explore psychology, philosophy and spirituality, and to discover a path she realized she had been traveling all her life: that of the writer.
