About the Book

Build an indestructible, mind-blowing faith no matter what shape you're in right now! What if your stunted, battered, or fledgling faith could become an unstoppable force that only gets stronger with every blow against it? Imagine how God could use the strongest force on earth to transform your life beyond recognition! Dr. Branddon A. Mays, founder of Revamp Church, BAM Ministries, and Chancellor and CEO of Revamp Bible College, helps us to see that the only way our beliefs will make an actual difference in our lives and the world is if we put our faith into practice. He proposes a spiritual training regimen that has the potential to take us from a life of passive acceptance to one of energized commitment as we begin to exercise our faith muscles and move forward in our relationship with God. In this book, you'll learn: -Why faith is more than a feeling-and even more than a belief -Why true faith needs both a source and an outlet -How hope can help you in the here and now -How even a natural pessimist can be a spiritual optimist -How to be bold without being a bully -How God specializes in unlikely heroes -Why you need to get out of the "Are we there yet?" mentality -Why you need to start asking for God's help with the little things -How to know when it's God who's talking PLUS workbook sections to help you develop your personalized training program! Pick up your copy of Extreme Faith Workout today and find out what God can do with your faith once you get it off the couch!
About the Author: While other young adults ran from the call of God in their lives, Branddon A. Mays ran toward God's plan for his life. With a passion to empower all people despite generational, cultural, and denominational barriers, the Columbus, Georgia native was licensed in 2001 as an associate pastor by the late Rev. Raymond Mays, Sr. After serving within the youth ministry, overseeing and teaching Bible study at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, Branddon was found faithful in his service and later received the call to pastor. In 2008, he was ordained by the late Rev. Raymond Mays, Sr., before launching his own ministry in 2009. Launching ReVamp Church and BAM Ministries, Inc. in 2014, Dr. Mays has ministered to thousands. Committed to ministering to the total person-spirit, soul, and body-ReVamp Church exists to renew the mind, reenergize the faith of each person, and reconnect them to their God-given purpose. The ministry continues to thrive and experience rapid growth. In addition to ReVamp Church and BAM Ministries, Inc., the ministry has developed various educational programs to equip believers. Under the direction of Dr. Mays, ReVamp Bible College was birthed and will launch in the fall of 2018. Dr. Mays continues to pursue his God-given purpose by applying James 2:17, which states, "So too, faith, if it does not have works [to back it up], is by itself dead [inoperative and ineffective]" (AMP). Since receiving his doctorate in divinity from St. Thomas Christian University in Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Mays has served as the Chairperson of the Young Adult Division of the NAACP, Columbus, Georgia Chapter. During his year-long term, Dr. Mays assisted in the transformation of today's youth through their youth division. He attributes his growth in the ministry to the teachings of his grandfather (the late Rev. Raymond Mays, Sr.) and the late Apostle Horace Leonard. Under the pastoral guidance of Bishop Norman Hardman, pastor of Mount of Transfiguration in Opelika, Alabama, Dr. Mays has taken the teachings of these pioneers along with his anointing to deliver the Word of God through a nontraditional approach. Dr. Mays will launch Vision In Action Coaching services in the summer of 2016. Vision In Action Coaching Services will bring life to every vision and help provide a strategy to each plan of action.
