Anschließend werden die Erfolgsfaktoren eines effizienten Social Media-Einsatzes aufgeführt, genauso wie die Vor- und Nachteile von sozialen Netzwerken. Im Anschluss daran wird die Nutzung von Social Media in der internen Unternehmenskommunikation erörtert und abschließend erfolgt ein Ausblick in die Zukunft.
About the Author: Hanna-Mirjam Thiem, geboren 1986, erwarb 2011 ihren Bachelor of Arts im Fach Betriebswirtschaft an der Hochschule Aschaffenburg, an der sie auch ihre Bachelorarbeit über Social Media im Unternehmen schrieb. Durch mehrere Praktika und Nebenjobs in Unternehmen wie Logwin, ThyssenKrupp und Zurich sammelte sie bereits erste Berufserfahrungen. Durch ein Auslandssemester in Budapest (Ungarn) und ein Praktikum in Terni (Italien) lernte sie auch die internationale Arbeitswelt kennen. Um sich auf das Gebiet des New Media Marketings zu spezialisieren, begann sie im Herbst 2011 ihr Master of Science-Studium an der Hochschule Darmstadt, welches sie voraussichtlich im Jahre 2013 abschließen wird.
