Le cancer est l'une des plus grandes causes de décès dans le monde.difficulté le diagnostic dans sa phase initiale. Parmi les techniques utilisées pour le diagnostic du cancer, on peut citer l'imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM). L'IRM est une méthode de diagnostic efficace qui, grâce à l'utilisation d'agents de contraste (AC), permet de localiser des tumeurs de différentes natures. Les AC les plus utilisés sont les complexes Gd3+, bien qu'ils soient très efficaces et très toxiques pour l'organisme. Ainsi, de nouveaux AC sont étudiés pour remplacer les complexes Gd3+, parmi lesquels se distinguent les nanoparticules d'oxyde de fer superparamagnétiques (SPIONs) et les complexes Ni2+ (paraCEST). Les SPIONs et les paraCEST sont capables de modifier les temps de relaxation T1 et T2 des molécules d'eau de l'organisme. Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié la face 100 de différents oxydes de fer (γ-Fe2O3, δ-FeOOH, α-FeOOH, Fe2O3 et Fe3O4) et les complexes de Ni2+ ([Ni(ACAC)2(H2O)2], [Ni(TEA)]2+) se coordonnant avec des molécules d'eau explicites, afin d'obtenir les constantes de couplage hyperfines (Aiso) des atomes 1H et 17O des molécules d'eau.
