Vico, que es conocido por la resistencia como Víctor Ariste, se encuentra en una misión de reconocimiento en la Ópera de París, cuando se ve obligado a frustrar un atentado con bomba, dirigido a un alto mando alemán.
La intención del español no era otra que la de salvar del explosivo a una cerillera y a su hija. Sin embargo, la resistencia y los alemanes creen que a quiénes quería salvar Vico eran al oficial germano y a su invitado a la ópera aquella noche: el presidente Laval.
Klaus Hermann, el coronel que ha escapado del intento de asesinato, decide infiltrar a Vico en la Policía Francesa para que este desenmascare y denuncie a los traidores al Reich.
El señor Ariste se convierte entonces en el ayudante del inspector Simón, que está investigando el asesinato de un maquinista del Metro de París.
Vico se verá entonces inmerso el caso, obsesionado por encontrar a la misteriosa enfermera que puede ser clave en el esclarecimiento del crimen.

El Autor:
Actor, músico, ilustrador, dibujante y ahora escritor. José Rosillo nace en Madrid en 1965. A principios de los años setenta, su padre encuentra un trabajo en Estrasburgo (Francia) como muchos emigrantes españoles en aquella época, y la familia le sigue poco después. En Francia, Rosillo aprende técnicas de ilustración y cómic y colabora con diferentes revistas y fanzines, dibujando historietas y portadas. De vuelta a España, el autor trabaja en diferentes revistas locales como redactor, ilustrador y maquetador.
Autor De la aclamada RIMASANTA, LA LEYENDA DEL HOMBRE LOBO, Rosillo escribe un spin-off de la historia del hombre lobo gallego: LA MUJER DEL CAPITÁN GONZÁLEZ.
