Einleitung In den letzten Jahrzehnten ist die individuelle Förderung von Schülern in Deutschland zu einem besonderen bildungspolitischen Thema geworden. Gerade die internationalen Schulleistungsstudien wie TIMSS oder PISA haben einen kritischen Blick auf die deutsche Schulwirklichkeit gelenkt. In vielen anderen Staaten wird im Gegensatz zu Deutschland in kleineren Klassen unterrichtet, das gemeinsame Lernen über mindestens sechs Schuljahre geführt und für Schüler mit Lernschwierigkeiten stehen unterrichtsbegleitende Lerngelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Somit ergibt sich für das deutsche Bildungssystem die Frage, wie die sonderpädagogische Förderung von Schülern mit dem gemeinsamen Lernen in der Schule verknüpft werden kann. In diesem Zusammenhang muss ebenfalls über eine veränderte Ausbildung von Lehrkräften aller Schulformen bezüglich einer Diagnosekompetenz nachgedacht werden. Das Thüringer Kultusministerium verweist in seiner Publikation "Fachliche Empfehlung zur Sonderpädagogischen Förderung in Thüringen" auf die reformpädagogische Einsicht hin, dass die Schule den Bedürfnissen des Kindes entsprechen soll. Alle Schüler sind in diesen Grundkonsenseinbezogen. Damit garantiert das Thüringer Schulgesetzt einen Rechtsanspruch auf sonderpädagogische Förderung. Durch die kooperative Zusammenarbeit von Sonderpädagogen, Lehrern und Eltern wird versucht, diesem Recht jedes Schülers nachzukommen.(1) Die vorliegende Arbeit hat zum Ziel auf der Grundlage eines Sonderpädagogischen Gutachtens einen individuellen Förderplan zu erstellen.
